We begin by guiding prospective clients through a 3-step exploratory process designed to help you evaluate our services. Along the way, you will gain valuable insight into how we think, how we work, and whether our approach aligns with your goals and expectations. It is just as important for you to feel confident in your decision as it is for us to ensure we are the right partner for your needs.

Our Process

Step 1 
Introductory Call (30mins)

This brief conversation is designed to ensure that your needs align with our expertise. We will learn a bit about your situation and what led you to contact us, and you will learn how we work with our clients. The goal is to ensure that there is a mutual fit before proceeding further.

Step 2 
Discovery Meeting (60mins)

Next, we will schedule a detailed Discovery Meeting. Prior to this meeting, we will request several key financial documents to help guide our analysis. During the meeting, we will focus on what matters most to you: your goals, your concerns, and the retirement you want to build for you and your family. This conversation will serve as the foundation for the recommendations we provide.

Step 3 
Personalized Assessment (60mins)

After a few weeks, we will schedule time to review our Personalized Assessment. This includes our initial findings and recommendations related to retirement income, taxes, investments, and estate planning. You will get a clear sense of how we think and the value we provide. We encourage you to take time to reflect before deciding to move forward and engage our firm.

We encourage you to take your time before deciding to engage our firm. There is no hard sell or pressure to act. Our goal is to be the last advisor you will ever need, so we seek clients who are ready to fully commit to building the best version of their retirement.

Pricing

We are a fee-only advisory firm, which means that the only compensation we receive comes directly from our clients (never from commissions, product sales, or third-party incentives). We believe this model offers the highest level of transparency and objectivity, minimizing conflicts of interest and reinforcing our fiduciary commitment to always act in your best interest.

Advisory fees are billed at the beginning of each month and are based on the average daily balance of your portfolio during the previous month. Our tiered fee schedule is as follows:
